These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services and products provided by MyProtector. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
 

1. Our Services

MyProtector supplies personal safety equipment and provides 24/7 monitoring services. Subscription plans are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, and include technical support and emergency contact response.
 

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over, or with consent from a legal guardian. By signing up, you confirm that the end user consents to monitoring and data processing where applicable.
 

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All services require an upfront payment for equipment and an ongoing monitoring subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Prices are clearly stated and may be updated with notice. Payments are non-refundable once the monitoring period begins, except where required by law.
 

4. Delivery and Activation

We aim to dispatch devices within 3–5 business days after recepit of payment. Activation of monitoring services begins once the equipment is received and successfully set up.
 

5. Use of the Equipment

You are responsible for ensuring the device is used as intended. Do not tamper with or misuse the equipment. Faults or concerns should be reported to us immediately.
 

6. Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not issued for partially used periods. Equipment may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

7. Liability

We make every effort to provide reliable monitoring services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or immediate emergency response. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, technical issues, or third-party failures beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received, if equipment is misused, or if the service is used in breach of these terms.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as outlined therein.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
